1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our sites and services. CúanAngel is operated by a sole trader based in Ireland, offering digital design services and downloadable wedding templates.
2. Digital Products – CúanAngel
- All digital products (including wedding templates, invites, signs, RSVP forms, and magazines) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your software and devices are compatible with our products before purchase. If you encounter issues, please contact us for assistance.
3. Custom Design Services – CúanAngel Design
- Custom projects begin with a signed agreement full payment. A timeline and deliverables will be outlined before work begins.
- Revisions are included as outlined in your project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra fees.
- Final files are delivered after final approval and sign off. CúanAngel retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully. CúanAngel is not liable for errors found after final approval.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, graphics, templates, logos, and website copy, is the intellectual property of CúanAngel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
You may:
- Use purchased templates for personal wedding/event use only.
You may not:
- Claim our designs as your own.
- Sell, share, or reproduce our templates for commercial purposes.
5. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are listed in Euro (€) and subject to change without notice.
- For custom services, payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
- Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your information.
7. Limitation of Liability
CúanAngel is not liable for:
- Delays due to client response times or content delivery.
- Loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use digital products or services.
- Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our sites and services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
9. Governing Law
