At CúanAngel, we offer digital products and creative services designed to deliver beauty, clarity, and simplicity to your wedding or brand. Below you’ll find information on how and when you can expect to receive your downloads and design files.
Digital Product Delivery – CúanAngel Invitations

Our wedding invitation templates and printable stationery are delivered digitally only. No physical items will be shipped.

Instant Downloads

For standard wedding templates purchased through our shop:

  • Files will be available to download immediately after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a link via email and/or on the checkout page.

File Types: PDF, PNG, JPG, or Canva templates with a link and instructions included.

Customised Digital Orders

If you’ve selected a done-for-you service or requested personalisation:

  • A form will be sent to collect your details (names, dates, location, etc.).
  • Once received, your customised files will be delivered within 2–4 business days.

Urgent requests can be accommodated — please email before purchase.
Freelance Design Services – CúanAngel Design

For brand design, websites, or other creative services:

  • Timelines and delivery formats are outlined in your custom proposal or welcome packet.
  • Most brand packages are delivered within 2–3 weeks depending on scope.
  • Final files are shared digitally via Google Drive, or email (as agreed).

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process with updates and proofing rounds. Once final approval is received and payment is complete, your files will be released in full.

If you have:

  • Not received your download link
  • Trouble accessing or opening a file
  • A change or correction needed to a custom order
